PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to present our products, colors, fragrances, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Because many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
Workshop bookings are subject to availability. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled workshop and are subject to availability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including our branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, and original designs, belongs to Oui Bougie Studios unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oui Bougie Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Customers are responsible for following all product care, candle safety, and usage instructions provided.
