ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are handcrafted and many items are made in small batches or personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or personalized/engraved items.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Personalized or engraved products, used or burned candles, opened fragrance products, gift cards, and non-refundable workshops deposits are not eligible for return or refund.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Workshop deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled workshop. Reschedule is subject to availability.
